Position Duties Per Job
1.    Prepare weekly plan for new radio sites and renewable energy systems after coordinating with the concerned to ensure readiness and availability of resources and send it to the involved parties for implementation.
2.    Follow up the deployment of new radio sites and renewable energy systems with all parties and ensure the completion according to the scheduled plan and update related database.
3.    Follow up with concerned parties the assigned rollout project according to the required scope and deadline.
4.    Ensure receiving the rollout prerequisites and monitor the needed equipment availability for rollout plans.
5.    Coordinate and follow up daily progress of radio sites rollout with all involved parties after receiving radio site design from Radio Section in all areas and update related database on site level accordingly.
6.    Coordinate and follow up radio sites swap progress with all involved parties after receiving swap plan in all areas.
7.    Review the proposed renewable energy systems received from Site Performance Section from logistics point of view before proceeding with renewable energy system implementation.
8.    Prepare new radio sites and renewable energy systems status report and send it to share it with the parties participating in the rollout process and Site Management Support Coordination Section.
9.    Follow up the renewable energy systems macro plan (power solution yearly target and distribution) implementation.
10.    Follow up all microwave requests (modification, maintenance, install new link, reroute, install new router, dismantle, fiber to site “FTTS” and fiber to node “FTTN”) in coordination with all concerned parties.
11.    Monitor contractor service performance against rollout service level agreement and prepare related reports.
12.    Coordinate with concerned parties for solving customers' complaints in terms of new modifications in radio sites or renewable energy systems.
13.    Create and update rollout dashboard report.
14.    Maintain SMIS (Sites Management Information System) database updated.
15.    Check Section & Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals and corporate objectives.
16.    Participate in conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of knowledge transfer, cooperation and teamwork.
17.    Contribute to the continuous improvement of Syriatel Quality Management System.
