An HR Operations Rep will be responsible for the full recruitment process, from sourcing candidates, tracking applications, making offers keep in touch with potential hires.
Although the role will initially be focused on recruitment, there will be an opportunity to focus on more strategic resourcing initiatives to include designing and implementing a graduate and internship programme and developing a long term recruitment strategy.
