We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Recruiter to join our HR team and help us find the best talent to grow our organization at ViceKeeper!
As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, from identifying hiring needs to sourcing and interviewing candidates, ensuring that we attract and retain the best talent. You will collaborate with department managers to understand their staffing needs and play a key role in building our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Proactively source and attract top talent through various channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.).
- Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct phone screenings, and assess candidates' qualifications.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct interviews, including phone, video, and in-person interviews.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Job Postings: Create and manage job postings on various platforms to attract a wide range of candidates.
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment strategies.
- Employer Branding: Promote Vicekeeper as an employer of choice in the industry.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of all candidate interactions and recruitment activities using our applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Recruitment Metrics: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring processes and ensure timely hires.
