Job Summary

The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for customers and visitors at the dealership while supporting the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) team in managing customer data, follow-ups, and appointment coordination. This role contributes to delivering an excellent customer experience and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers, visitors, and vendors in a professional and welcoming manner.
• Manage test drive bookings and service appointments.
• Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
• Update customer records in the system and support CRM activities.
• Prepare and follow up on daily customer reports, including calls, missed appointments, and service reminders.
• Maintain visitor logs and monitor showroom traffic.
• Coordinate with sales and service teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
• Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, document printing, and managing front desk supplies.
