1.    Load radio site’s database that is prepared by Radio Engineer to launch new radio site on air.
2.    Coordinate with Transport Operation Core and Site Operation & Maintenance Engineers in launching new site’s radio network and power solution on air.
3.    Configure new radio and power solution hardware based on modification request received from concerned entity.
4.    Configure site’s new power solution site on separate power management “SPM” server that is requested by Site Management Support Engineer in order to launch on air.
5.    Configure external alarms of power solutions and critical facilities’ supporting systems on Network Management system.
6.    Perform software loading, parameters settings, radio database modification and change transmission data of relevant sites’ radio and power solution elements for optimization purpose based on a request from concerned entity.
7.    Participate in projects and critical changes on BSS (base station subsystem) part such as radio sites re-homing on BSC-RNC (base station controller - radio network controller), new frequency plans and parameters enhancement.
8.    Participate in the troubleshooting of radio problems on cell level and sites’ power solution sites problems by checking hardware and software configuration and radio sites parameters.
9.    Upgrade software version on cell/hardware level based on provider’s recommendations approved by Telecom Technology Management.
10.    Implement license expansion and request license renewal from provider when license validity expires.
11.    Participate in conducting radio researches and provide RAN Operation Subsystem HOS with recommended enhancement.
12.    Evaluate and test new specialized radio tools and provide the relevant support tasks to radio team.
13.    Prepare reports about radio equipment in sites and equipment’s configuration upon request.  
14.    Prepare daily report about performed activities to facilitate retrieving the needed sites’ data when required.
15.    Check Section & Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals and corporate objectives.
16.    Participate in conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of knowledge transfer, cooperation and teamwork.
17.    Contribute to the continuous improvement of Syriatel Quality Management System.
