Role Summary

The QA & Support Engineer is responsible for executing structured quality assurance

processes for web and mobile applications, handling customer support tickets, and

ensuring a smooth and reliable user experience. The role requires strong practical

experience in software testing, solid technical skills, and the ability to communicate

effectively with both clients and development teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute manual and automated QA tests for web and mobile applications based on defined test plans.
• Prepare and maintain detailed test cases, document bugs accurately, and verify fixes after deployment.
• Handle customer support tickets through the company’s support system and prioritize them according to severity.
• Escalate critical issues immediately to the development team and process standard requests by the next business day.
• Communicate professionally with clients to confirm issue resolution and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with developers to analyze bugs, identify root causes, and improve product quality.
• Participate in testing new releases and features before deployment.
• Support client onboarding processes after receiving proper training.
• Ensure comprehensive QA coverage and timely ticket handling aligned with priority levels.
