Planning, coordinating, and overseeing engineering projects to ensure successful implementation as per required specifications.
* Contribute to all design phases including Discovery, Conceptual Design, and Design Development
* Researches and selects appropriate materials, furniture, lighting, accessories, and other elements needed for the project.
* Prepare drawings, models, and renderings, following office standards.
* An eye for design, including color, and good 3D awareness.
* Prepare presentation boards and other presentation materials.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Review and approve design work produced by the team to ensure quality and consistency.
* Ensure that project designs are aligned with client expectations, project goals, and budget constraints.
* Preparing and reviewing architectural drawings, plans, and specifications.
