Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of our FinTech Studio solutions—an innovative platform built to modernize and streamline financial services for banks and other financial institutions through modular, scalable architecture.

The Project Manager will oversee the end-to-end development and deployment of banking and financial technology projects, working with cross-functional teams across core banking connectors, microservices, APIs, data warehousing, and product-specific solutions. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring timely delivery, regulatory compliance, and client satisfaction, acting as the key liaison between business stakeholders, development teams, and financial institutions.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in banking, financial technology, and/or payment technologies, and their integrations, as well as agile project delivery, with a proven ability to manage complex technical programs across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation and customization of FinTech Studio solutions for banks and financial institutions, ensuring project delivery aligns with client-specific needs and timelines.
• Oversee cross-functional development teams working on microservices, core banking connectors, data warehouse systems, and API integrations.
• Define clear project goals, timelines, and deliverables; manage resources, track milestones, and adjust plans as needed to ensure timely and successful execution.
• Ensure projects comply with financial industry regulations, internal governance frameworks, and security standards.
• Manage stakeholder expectations through regular updates, progress reports, and risk assessments; serve as the primary point of contact for external clients and internal leadership.
• Promote agile best practices (Scrum, Kanban) across teams; facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and roadmap reviews.
• Identify project risks and blockers early; proactively drive resolutions and maintain momentum.
• Support the continuous improvement of FinTech Studio by collecting client feedback, analyzing performance data, and recommending technical or process enhancements.
