Summary / Purpose:

Work in a Fintech company, as a Software Developer, who creates and implements financial software solutions for fintech market customers.

You will be managing the project on the final development level and implementation / deployment of the Electronic Payment Platform for the customer.

The position involves managing people and the production processes (i.e. resource management; deadlines management; identifying and solving limitations of the project; preparation of project documentation; and ensuring the maintenance of weekly meetings with the needed teams and reporting to management, regarding the status of the project.)

Knowledge of the relevant technical aspects above is needed.

Main Responsibilities:

• Successful start, management and implementation of the project in accordance with approved deadlines;

• Communication within the company, with the customer and partners of the project;

• Working with CTO and other members of the development team to draw up accurate graphs (project plans) and distribution of resources for the project;

• Preparation of all project documentation, including specifications, charts, resources documentation, implementation and testing plans;

• Management and analysis of all results, signatures and approval of the Customer in conjunction with the development team, on the basis of customer expectations, volume and schedule of work;

• Conducting weekly meetings with the development team to check on the status of progress, manage customer expectations and discuss any arising issues. Providing a weekly project report, which includes current project status, current tasks being completed and future tasks that must be executed (according to prepared ‘Action Plan’ or ‘Project Roadmap’);

• Ensuring smooth communication between all of the project’s team members (i.e. main development team in Russia, customer’s development team and the vendor’s representative office in Syria), throughout the entire project.
