In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing production operations and ensuring the efficient achievement of operational goals with a strong focus on quality. Your key responsibilities will include:

Leading and organizing workflow within the production department, ensuring strict adherence to operational plans and approved standards.

Developing production plans in coordination with technical departments and meticulously monitoring their execution.

Monitoring process quality, analyzing performance, and submitting regular performance reports to senior management.

Supervising technical work teams, providing necessary support and training to ensure their readiness and competence.

Coordinating with relevant departments to ensure equipment readiness and the implementation of safety and quality procedures.

Supporting the introduction of new products or the enhancement of existing ones. Ensuring the proper documentation of production processes and maintaining records in accordance with established policies.

Contributing to process improvement initiatives, waste reduction, and fostering a culture of continuous development.
