he Product Specialist works closely with the Product Manager to translate ideas into clear requirements, coordinate execution, and ensure smooth product releases. This role combines documentation, data analysis, cross‑team coordination, and customer insight.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate product ideas into detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and wireframes.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date product documentation as a single source of truth.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative user research in collaboration with data teams.
• Track initiatives, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
• Prepare weekly status reports for stakeholders.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and release readiness activities.
• Draft release notes and support go‑to‑market teams with FAQs and training materials.
• Define success metrics, support A/B testing, and monitor dashboards.
• Identify and improve inefficiencies in product delivery processes.
• Collect and organize customer feedback and translate it into backlog items.
