Senior Product Developer – Professional Guidance & Mentoring Programs for Youth

Job Overview:
The Senior Product Developer will lead the design, development, and management of professional guidance and mentoring products for children and youth, organized across three progressive phases. The role focuses on creating structured mentoring programs, career guidance packages, and skill-building pathways that prepare participants for future professional environments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Roadmap & Strategy

   • Develop a comprehensive roadmap for professional guidance and mentorship programs across three phases (introductory awareness, skill-building, advanced readiness).

   • Define clear milestones, deliverables, and measurable outcomes for each phase.

   • Align program objectives with industry standards and real-world professional pathways.

2. Program & Package Development

   • Design structured mentorship packages with actionable guidance, exercises, and career exploration activities.

   • Develop tools and resources for mentors and mentees to track progress and engagement.

   • Ensure scalability and adaptability across different age groups and backgrounds.

3. Stakeholder Collaboration

   • Work with career coaches, mentors, and professional advisors to develop program content.

   • Coordinate with platform, marketing, and engagement teams to ensure program accessibility and visibility.

   • Integrate feedback from mentors, participants, and parents to continuously improve programs.

4. Monitoring & Evaluation

   • Define KPIs and metrics to assess program effectiveness, engagement, and impact.

   • Use data insights to refine program packages and mentor training approaches.

   • Ensure compliance with ethical, legal, and safety standards in mentorship programs.

5. Leadership & Mentorship

   • Guide junior product team members and contribute to the overall vision for youth professional development.

   • Promote innovative approaches to mentorship, skill-building, and professional readiness.
