Position: Procurement Executive

Reports To: Procurement Manager

Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and highly organized Procurement Executive to join our growing team.

In this role, you will play a crucial role in supporting the procurement process by ensuring accurate pricing, managing supplier relationships, and providing analytical reports.

Work Conditions:

• Work Environment: Indoors
• Weekly Working Hours: 45
• Shifts: Morning, Evening and Night (rotational)

Responsibilities and Duties:

 

• Support the Procurement Team:
  • Collect service prices from suppliers and agents, updating the pricelist daily.
  • Research and compare prices and locations, providing reports with the best supplier options.
  • Assist with negotiating prices based on client targets or confirmed flights.
  • Support quoting clients and preparing supplier lists for the Operations team.
  • Add new suppliers and their details to the system.
  • Load final purchase and sell prices into the system for accounting and invoicing.
  • Generate statistical and analytical reports upon request.
