in collaboration with Development and Sales force, determine technical and business requirements and ensuring that all necessary information is collated prior to producing a solution.
•Provide technical solutions in a professional manner and to agreed timeframes.
•Create and confidently deliver technical presentations.
•Deliver training on solutions and provide product support to channel partners and internal stakeholders
• Work with Product Development Dept. to feedback on issues with current products and provide input around new products
• Builds productive relationships internally and externally through high level of follow up, fostering teamwork by keeping colleagues updated on activities.
•Provide accurate and timely management information and data base update , to include - activity reports, bid reviews, project forecasts, KPI’s.
•Adhere to the Company’s Quality and Business Processes.
•To structure and produce compelling sales proposals/commercial and technical documentation outlining the cost savings and business benefits to clients.
•Data performance analysis, and update action plan to improve and development to achieve company goals and targets.

 

Qualifications

. Institution degree in any Engineering related field . 
•Very good knowledge and experience in Excel, and Words.
•Very good command in English.
•Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
•Ability of Admin works to make presales documents.
•Ability to develop effective working relationships internally at a variety of levels and work closely with commercial departments such as sales, operations and product development
•Organized and analytical, able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches.
•Ability to cope under pressure and priorities work accordingly.
•Ability to improve Following up, teamwork, consistency and problem solving skills.
