Position Summary:
The Photographer/Videographer is responsible for planning, capturing, and producing high‑quality photography and videography content to support the organization’s marketing, branding, and communication initiatives. This role involves managing the full creative process—from concept development and shooting to editing and final delivery—ensuring all visual content aligns with brand standards and project objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Photography
- Capture professional photos for events, products, corporate portraits, facilities, and marketing campaigns.
- Edit and retouch photos for digital and print use while maintaining brand consistency.
- Manage lighting, composition, and styling to ensure high‑quality output.
2. Videography
- Plan, film, and edit video content such as promotional videos, interviews, events, social media clips, and corporate storytelling pieces.
- Execute all phases of video production, including scripting support, storyboarding, filming, audio setup, editing, and color correction.
- Produce videos optimized for various platforms (web, social media, presentations).
3. Pre‑Production & Planning
- Coordinate with marketing and content teams to understand project goals and creative direction.
- Conduct location scouting, schedule shoots, and prepare necessary equipment.
- Develop creative concepts and shot lists as needed.
4. Post‑Production
- Edit photos and videos using industry‑standard software.
- Add sound design, music, graphics, and subtitles when required.
- Organize and archive visual assets systematically.
5. Equipment Management
- Maintain cameras, lenses, lighting equipment, and studio gear.
- Ensure equipment is in proper working order and coordinate maintenance or upgrades.
- Manage studio setup and breakdown for shoots.
6. Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, design, and social media teams to support visual storytelling.
- Assist in creating content for campaigns, website updates, advertisements, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate with external vendors when required.
7. Brand Alignment
- Ensure all visual content reflects the organization’s brand identity.
- Maintain consistency across all photography and videography outputs.
