Job Title: Performance Management Manager

Job Summary

The Performance Management Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing the organization’s performance management framework. This role ensures alignment between employee performance, business objectives, and organizational strategy. The manager drives continuous performance improvement, supports leadership with performance insights, and fosters a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities

1. Performance Management Strategy

• Develop and implement the company’s performance management framework.

• Align KPIs and objectives with corporate strategy.

• Lead annual and quarterly performance review cycles.

• Ensure consistency and fairness across departments.

2. KPI & Goal Setting

• Design and monitor SMART goals and KPIs.

• Partner with department heads to define measurable performance targets.

• Track performance metrics and identify improvement areas.

3. Performance Reviews & Appraisals

• Oversee appraisal processes (annual, semi-annual, quarterly).

• Train managers on effective performance evaluation and feedback techniques.

• Ensure compliance with policies and performance standards.

4. Performance Analytics & Reporting

• Analyze performance data and generate executive reports.

• Provide insights and recommendations to senior management.

• Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for workforce improvement.

5. Employee Development

• Identify high performers and succession planning candidates.

• Support performance improvement plans (PIPs).

• Collaborate with Learning & Development for targeted training programs.

6. System & Process Improvement

• Manage performance management systems (HRIS tools).

• Continuously improve processes and policies.

• Ensure best practices and industry standards are applied.
