• Problem-Solve Efficiently: Tackle any operational challenges that arise, with a focus on finding quick, efficient, and effective solutions.
• Support Tech Initiatives: Collaborate with technical teams to understand and support tech requirements.
• Leverage Psychology Insight: Use insights from psychology (if applicable) to improve customer interactions and streamline internal processes.
