1-      Day-to-day operation tasks involve working on the ISP Environment to ensure internet service quality and network efficiency.

2-      Provide 2nd level support 24/7 in case of any incident.

3-      Prepare and implement changes on system/network level.

4-      Prepare and update the required technical documentation (CRs, reports).

5-      Administer, configuration optimization, tuning and problem-solving for ISP services.

6-      Manage ISP infrastructure including Linux servers and virtual environment.
