Responsibilities:

• Planning and organizing the daily and weekly delivery schedule.
• Appoint and direct drivers and ensure services are carried out according to set standards.
• Dealing with customer inquiries and ensuring their complete satisfaction with the service.
• Follow up and evaluate the performance of drivers and provide the necessary training when needed.
• Create weekly, daily and monthly reports.
• Work to solve operational problems.
• Work to improve internal processes and develop systems and procedures to achieve maximum efficiency.
