Position Overview: The Odoo Implementer is responsible for adapting the Odoo system to meet its operational needs and understanding a company’s business processes, configuring the Odoo ERP system to meet operational needs, coordinating with the technical team for              customizations, and ensuring successful implementation. The implementer serves as the bridge between requirements and the technical        execution of the system, providing training, documentation, and postimplementation support to ensure optimal use and efficiency.                                                                                                 

Key Responsibilities:

Understand Odoo business process: sales, purchase, inventory, accounting, human resource management, etc.  

Identifies what is implementable with configuration versus what requires customization.

Provide demo for the new clients.

Process Documentation for all implementation processes.

 Setup accounts, customers, suppliers, items, branches, taxes, payment methods, and more.

Data migration is to be performed across all modules accurately.  

Perform all types of accounting and operational configurations across all modules to satisfy the requirements of the client. Configuring User Permissions.

Group Creating and giving Access Rights.

Setup Reports, Notifications, and Email Settings.

 Testing and validation of modifications upon implementation by the developer.

End-user training on the use of the system.

 Documentation of user manuals and guides.

After implementation, providing support to resolve operational problems
