We are seeking a highly skilled Odoo ERP Implementation Consultant to lead the deployment of a comprehensive Odoo Enterprise solution. The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end implementation across 12 core modules, ensuring seamless integration with Saudi Arabian regulatory systems and third-party services.
Key Responsibilities

● Full-Cycle Implementation: Lead the setup and configuration of Odoo.sh with 100GB storage, including database provisioning and user access roles.

● Saudi Localization & Compliance: ○ Execute the technical integration with GOSI (Social Insurance) to automate HR and payroll data. ○ Implement and validate ZATCA (Phase 2) e-invoicing integration for financial compliance.

● Module Customization: ○ Configure the Studio Booking Module, including automated fixed-rate sessions and manual special booking workflows. ○ Manage the integration of PayTabs and Tamara (BNPL) for e-commerce and booking payments.

● Operational Optimization: ○ Set up a Legal Document Management library with status workflows (Draft, Under Review, Approved). ○ Configure HR & Attendance with geo-fencing/geo-location check-ins via mobile app. ○ Establish advanced approval workflows (multi-level/conditional) and quarterly financial closing restrictions.

● System Integration: Oversee the technical connection of Microsoft Email, WhatsApp for CRM communications, and n8n workflow scenarios.
Required Qualifications & Experience

● Odoo Expertise: Extensive experience implementing Odoo Enterprise, specifically modules for Finance, CRM, Sales, Project Management, and Inventory.

● Saudi Market Knowledge: Proven track record of executing Odoo projects within Saudi Arabia, including VAT setup and local labor law configurations.

● GOSI Integration: Direct experience in linking Odoo HR modules with GOSI systems.

● Technical Proficiency: Ability to manage Odoo.sh environments, configure email servers, and implement Audit Trails.

● Training & Support: Experience in delivering recorded training sessions and managing post-go-live support under strict SLA response times (High/Medium/Low severity).
