1.    Execute work orders issued by Planning & Engineering Unit and assigned by Network Implementation HOS.
2.    Implement network transport preventive maintenance plan by conducting sites visit, applying back up timely and effectively and preparing the related reports.
3.    Solve network transport problems effectively by applying the required corrective maintenance under Head of Section’s supervision
4.    Install Hybrid link, Street Nodes link and any new technology related to transmission field.
5.    Follow up provider’s installation of MW transport node.
6.    Check transport network materials/equipment before installation/ as requested.
7.    Prepare daily action report and send it to Network Implementation Engineer.
8.    Check Section & Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals and corporate objectives.
9.    Participate in conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of knowledge transfer, cooperation and teamwork.
10.    Contribute to the continuous improvement of Syriatel Quality Management System.
