Review software specification and business requirements documents, analysis them in detail, and work within the System Analyst team to assist with the preparation of test plans, test scenarios, and test cases.
Execute test cases and prepare the required reports like defect reports, test summary reports, and retesting as needed using regression techniques.
Execute all levels of testing (System, Integration, and Regression).
Apply quality engineering principles throughout the Agile product lifecycle and other methodologies.
Ensure that the developed product complies with the business requirements.
Ensure that the designed test cases cover the software requirements as fully as possible.
Work closely with the Development and Product Management teams to deliver a high-quality product to our customers.
Provide day-to-day support and guidance in test principles, techniques, and tools to other Test Team members.
Implement end-to-end test automation.
Implement automation frameworks and approaches.
Identify and analyze suitable opportunities for test automation.
Support the development of automation at all layers of the application stack.
Utilize company configuration management practices for code check-in/check-out, version control, and overall management.
Work on several projects simultaneously and efficiently.
Ensures the quality of the source code, and plans and conducts source code reviews.
Utilization of a task management system to ensure all work is tracked properly.
