Supervise all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) operations at the site, ensuring that all work is carried out efficiently, safely, and in compliance with project specifications and European standards.

Ensure all electrical work is performed according to European codes and client requirements.

Monitor and evaluate the performance of electricians, plumbers, and other MEP technicians, providing guidance and support as needed.

Enforce safety procedures and conduct regular safety audits to ensure a safe work environment.

Review and monitor maintenance schedules and daily work activities to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Coordinate with the client, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and progress of the work.

Prepare and maintain technical reports, checklists, and documentation related to site inspections and preventive maintenance.

Conduct site inspections to ensure the quality of workmanship and adherence to design drawings and technical specifications.

Address and resolve any technical issues on-site related to MEP systems.

Support commissioning activities and oversee testing and handover procedures.
