About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Medical Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our portfolio of aesthetic products and medical devices, developing strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and driving sales growth within an assigned territory.

This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about medical sales, possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, and thrive in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell the company's aesthetic products and medical devices to healthcare professionals.
• Schedule and conduct professional product presentations and demonstrations for doctors, clinics, and hospitals.
• Build, develop, and maintain long-term relationships with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer network within the assigned territory.
• Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close sales opportunities.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Attend medical conferences, exhibitions, workshops, and promotional events to strengthen the company's market presence.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, and provide regular market feedback.
• Maintain accurate customer records and submit daily sales reports through the company's CRM system.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure excellent customer service and product availability.
