‏We're hiring Medical Operators who will own client health outcomes. This is an opportunity to practice real medicine, manage client relationships, and deliver the technical expertise our UHNW clientele pays for.

‏The Role

‏You'll function as a Medical Operator for a portfolio of elite clients (eventually up to 20). You'll be the technical health expert on client calls, supported by account management staff. This is true medical practice—diagnosing, interpreting advanced testing, designing protocols, creating compelling medical reports, and holding clients accountable.

‏What You'll Own
‏- Client health management and outcomes
‏- Diagnostic interpretation (blood panels, urine, salivary, stool tests, advanced biomarkers)
‏- Medical report writing-clear, compelling, professional reports
‏- Protocol design for supplements, lifestyle interventions, and optimization
‏- Lead technical health discussions with elite clients
‏- Research and recommend advanced supplementation and performance optimization
‏- Craft high-quality clinical documentation with excellent writing
‏- Master functional medicine, longevity protocols, and cutting-edge methodologies

‏You're the Right Fit If
- Recent graduate (1-5 years) in: Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy, Biomedical Science, Psychiatry, or related fields
‏- Strong creative writing skills - communicate complex medical information clearly and engagingly
‏- Eager to own client outcomes, not just assist
‏- Open to learning functional medicine and performance optimization
‏- Comfortable being the technical health expert on calls with high-expectation clients
‏- Strong research skills
‏- Detail-oriented with clinical documentation
‏- Fluent in English with excellent written communication
