5. Ensure all clients’ needs are met and improve the customer experience
6. Share updates on the account status and metrics
7. Meeting with a client at a regular cadence to discuss any feedback they have and account progress
8. Tracking client metrics and creating client reports
9. Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure they fulfill all customer requests and keep tabs on the progress toward completing the tasks.
10. Resolving complaints and keeping track of all processes that pertain to the client
