Key Responsibilities
- Trade Marketing & Activations: Developing and executing POS materials and activation campaigns to drive sell-out and increase product visibility.
- Brand & Product Management: Managing product mixes, launching new products, and implementing brand strategies to increase market share.
- Data Analysis & Strategy: Analyzing sales data, market trends, and shopper insights to optimize product assortment and identify growth opportunities.
- Sales Collaboration: Partnering with sales and field teams to turn marketing initiatives into orders and ensure efficient channel distribution.
- Budget Management: Managing marketing budgets and evaluating ROI for trade promotions and marketing campaigns.
