We are looking for a proactive, organized, and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Damascus and become a key part of our daily operations and content activities.

Role Overview

The Marketing Coordinator will act as the bridge between clients, the internal team, and content production activities.

This role requires a highly organized individual who can coordinate projects, communicate professionally, support marketing activities, and capture spontaneous on-site content when needed.

You will work closely with management, designers, video editors, content creators, and clients to ensure projects move smoothly and deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Client Coordination
Coordinate daily communication between clients and internal teams.
Follow up on tasks, deliverables, approvals, and deadlines.
Organize project timelines and ensure smooth workflow execution.
Prepare meeting notes, action items, and follow-up summaries.
Maintain organized project documentation and client records.
Support management with operational and marketing activities.
Content & Marketing Support
Assist in planning and coordinating social media content.
Coordinate content production schedules and shooting days.
Gather client information, references, and marketing materials.
Support campaign execution across different platforms.
Monitor content publishing and delivery schedules.
On-Site Content Capture
Capture spontaneous behind-the-scenes content using a smartphone.
Record short-form videos, interviews, events, client visits, and company activities.
Identify valuable content opportunities without requiring detailed instructions.
Ensure footage is properly organized and delivered to the editing team.
Support content production during campaigns, events, podcasts, and field activities.
Reporting & Organization
Track project progress and provide regular status updates.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and marketing documents.
Identify bottlenecks and proactively suggest solutions.
Help improve internal processes and team coordination.
