Job Description:

1. Coordinating and supervising the preparation and implementation of business continuity plans.
2. Supervising the completion of periodic audits of the company and its systems, ensuring its readiness for emergencies, crises and risks, and following up on the development of corrective and preventive plans accordingly.
3. Ensuring business continuity and the company's provision of its services in emergency situations.
4. Suggesting emergency and crisis recovery plans if they occur.
5. Providing the necessary training for the company’s human cadres regarding emergencies and crises and how to deal in the event of their occurrence.
6. Preparing security and safety plans for the company's infrastructure, electronic systems and services.
7. Ensure that the tools and equipment needed for first aid and emergency are available.
8. Awareness and training of employees on the use of necessary equipment and devices.
9. Assessment of damage to disasters and emergencies
10. Coordination with the Civil Defense and the authorities that provide medical services in case of emergency.
11. Conduct evictions if necessary.
12. Maintaining security and safety.
13. Conducting a survey and statistical study in order to determine the types of needs and requirements needed in the management and planning of dealing with disasters.
14. Any other duties assigned to him/her in the field of job competence.
