Responsibilities : 

Manage and support the MTN ISP platform and services.

Provide Support for MTN ISP corporate customers through commercial ISP team in Marketing division.

Provide services requested by commercial ISP team with implementation and support.

Manage ISP providers.

Manage ISP International gateways.

Manage ISP applications implementation; ISP applications monitoring and capacity.

Responsible for interactions with all departments as necessary to plan and implement customer.

Promotes continuous quality improvement in operations and in job performance.

Monitor ISP platform security.

Set and meet ISP network KPIs.

Initiate and escalate needed job procedures.

Analyze recurring problems and make recommendations for improvements to operational procedures.

Provide progress reporting and other statistical reports.

Provide utilization reports, evaluate and recommend new ISP hardware.
