Core Purpose of The Job: 

Manage Section employees to achieve target, Control, monitor and maintain trial balance accounts, Ensure the accuracy and the proper presentation of the shareholders and sister companies accounts, review the provisions accounts on timely basis, Update the Material purchased with related overhead cost.Supervise and coordinate insurance related issues within the company to ensure all activities are in compliance with insurance requirements and business related activities are achieved. Drive continuous systems and procedure improvements to develop high performing and cost effective insurance solutions. 
Task Complexity:
Continuous review and control over expenses accounts to ensure accurate expense allocation. Communicate the over budget items to concerned Divisions/Departments in order to control company expenditures and its compliance with approved Budget.Control shareholders and sister companies accounts.Ensure the correct expense allocation in terms of ABC requirements.Maintain a continuous reconciliation with Group and intercompany tool.Ensure the correct settlement of the transitory and suspense accounts on monthly basis.Control shipments accounts; in order to update the purchased material with related overhead costs.Control and monitor prepaid expense accounts.Control and monitor all provisions accounts to have accurate liabilities in the Balance Sheet.Deal with all Finance employees in addition to all Company’s Divisions and Departments Heads.Create and update internal processes and procedures which are related to the work flow.Manage section’s employees to meet the department's objectives.Provide the department's employees with continuous training and support.Provide other divisions’ employees with the needed support to control their expenditures.Ensure compliance with all insurance policies within the company.Form strategic high level relationships with management, insurance companies and regulatory bodies.Ensure that all risks covered by insurance slipsEnsure that all claims were reported and follow up insurance refund.Ensure that all policies renewed at time.Ensure that insurance budgets are managed appropriately whilst retaining proper insurance practices within the company from a risk point of view.Other tasks may be assigned upon request.
