Job Summary :

Ensure the receipt, return, inspection, storage and issuance of warehouse materials are according to the established company procedures. Monitor efficiency of the scheduled regular and special deliveries of supplies and equipment to sites, Monitor and control all warehouse activities and stock levels, perform inventory counts and submit required reports.

Responsibilities:

* Maintain a variety of records and reports related to the operation of the warehouse.

* Submit reports of warehouse activities on timely manner.

* Observe and enforce safety rules and regulations.

* Proper methods of storing equipment, materials and supplies.

* Pertinent to company regulations and policies.

* Determine and maintain appropriate stock levels.

* Maintain accurate and current records of warehouse transactions.

* Provide information and assistance to other divisions, the management and other staff members in a helpful, courteous and timely manner.

* Supervise and schedule inventory counts as per company procedures.

* Analyze situations accurately and adopt an effective course of action.

* Plan and manage warehouse operations and maintain security of warehouse to ensure efficient work progress.

* Assign, schedule and coordinate workload; train, supervise and evaluate the performance of assigned personnel in balance of work requirements.

* Coordinate and participate in inventory and storage functions in the warehouse; conduct inventories to ensure proper inventory levels for annual inventory counts. 

* Supervise and participate in the storage, inventory and preparation for disposal of obsolete items according to company guidelines.

* Supervise and maintain material identification and marking control system to ensure proper fixed assets records.
