- Oversee and manage a team of skilled professionals including carpenter, AC technicians, sanitary technician, painter, pool maintenance experts, electricians, gardeners.

- Plan and organize maintenance activities ensuring efficient operations and adherence to safety regulations.

- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and ensure optimal functioning of our facilities.

- Collaborate with other departments to prioritize and address maintenance needs promptly.

- Proactively identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

- Manage and control the department budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.

-Arrange for routine maintenance in hotel rooms, lobbies, facilities (e.g. kitchens, swimming pool, gym, games hall) and equipment.

- Organize repair projects in a manner that does not disturb guests.

- Plan and oversee renovations and construction

- Act fast to resolve emergency issues (e.g. power outages).
