Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and register maintenance requests from clients or internal departments.

• Assign and forward requests to the concerned technicians/specialists.

• Follow up on request progress to ensure timely completion.

• Prepare periodic reports on maintenance activities and performance.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation using Excel sheets and internal systems.
