- Handling and coordinating the international trading and shipping procedures.

- Arranging the required shipping documents with shipping forwarders/Suppliers/Customers.

- examining shipping documents and verifying cargo to be released once needed.

- Effective Following up orders delivery schedules.

- Coordinating with Finance for securing the payments as per the contract terms in alignment with the agreed delivery schedules.

- Responsible for securing all logistical and administration needs of the company.

- Responsible for the local procurement tasks if needed.

- Supporting the company documents archiving processes.

- Efficient Periodic reporting to the upper management for the assigned tasks.
