We are looking for a Logistics Officer to support and manage vehicle logistics operations for an automotive dealership. The role involves coordinating container unloading, vehicle receiving processes, transportation arrangements, and handling required documentation to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and supervise the unloading of vehicle containers from trucks.
2. Monitor vehicle receiving operations and ensure proper handling and safety procedures are followed.
3. Coordinate with transport companies, drivers, suppliers, and internal departments.
4. Verify received vehicles against shipping documents and vehicle records.
5. Handle and follow up on logistics documents and paperwork when required.
6. Maintain accurate records of incoming vehicles, shipments, and delivery status.
7. Support customs, shipping, and clearance procedures in coordination with relevant parties.
8. Organize logistics files and ensure proper documentation tracking.
9. Prepare reports related to vehicle shipments and logistics activities.
10. Assist with daily operational tasks related to vehicle movement and delivery.
