The Light Auto Supervisor provides day to day hands-on supervision of the workshop to guarantees sufficient, clean, safe and defect-free light vehicles are available for service in line with the Company policies, regulatory standards and statutory guidelines, deadlines, and requirements.

• Maximize utilization of Company owned light vehicles.
• Manage maintenance time of light vehicles.
• Follow up productivity of operations and team.
• Supervise vehicle utilization.
• Coordinate, supervise and participates in the repair and servicing of light vehicles and other gas and diesel powered                    automotive equipment.
• Coordinate with all workshop workers to achieve or exceed the business targets by ensuring that maximum productivity and technical efficiency.
• Assign, supervise and participate in major and minor mechanical repairs on light vehicles, diagnosed internal combustion engine maintenance problem.
• Support the implementation of HSE initiatives, participate in safety awareness activities, and contribute to incident reporting and resolution in alignment with company and IMS policies
