We are looking for an experienced Legal Consultant to provide expert legal advice and support to the
bank on all legal, regulatory, and compliance matters to ensure that the bank’s operations are
conducted within the framework of the applicable laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
Legal Advisory:
Provide legal opinions and advice to business units on banking transactions, contracts, and operations.
Advise on the legal implications of new products, services, and business strategies.

Contract Management:
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, MoUs, and other legal documents.
Ensure that all agreements comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

Regulatory Compliance:
Monitor changes in banking and financial regulations and assess their impact on the bank.
Support the compliance team in maintaining adherence to central bank guidelines and other regulatory
bodies.

Litigation Management:
Handle and coordinate litigation and dispute resolution processes.
Coordinate with external law firms and represent the bank in legal proceedings when necessary.

Risk Control:
Identify legal risks and propose mitigation strategies.
Ensure all legal risks are communicated effectively to management.

Training & Awareness:
Organize legal awareness sessions for staff about regulatory and compliance issues.
