Core Purpose of The Job:  
Improve and develop the Enterprise Service department's solutions and related services that apply the department goals, objectives and strategies.
Support and optimize the communications, interactions and solutions between business clients. Maintain and enhance the whole IT applications functionality in the way which all of the company's needs are being met . In addition, prepare and maintain realistic project, quality, and risk plans, including plans incorporating sub-projects.

Task Complexity: 

Administrate and maintain ERP and BE systems and the attached systems and ensure full control, optimization and tuning. 

Manage and coordinate with the vendors regarding new applications requirements and follow up all projects phases until sign off including the installation, testing and other project milestones 

Drive alignment of IT with business by developing CRM, ERP ,Portal and BE solutions to meet business needs. 

Provide documentation including the scope, requirements, business process flow charts, use cases, user interface guidelines of all new/old applications. 

Participate in the development and implementation of related procedures, policies and processes.

  Provide analysis, design, testing, debugging, maintenance, and documentation for complex enterprise applications.

 Understand of various disciplines and technologies, such as web, directory services, directory synchronization, security, databases, networking, infrastructure and application development is key.

 Oversee the projects and interact with other departments to ensure completion on time. 

Manage internal and external audit engagements for all systems related to ES department Actively participate in evaluation and selection of solutions' vender/implementer based on input arguments checklist.
