· Provide support to employees and follow up their requests until resolving with appropriate corrective action.
· Troubleshoot laptops' hardware and software, and conduct hardware failure and maintenance needs.
· Evaluate the returned IT hardware (laptops) , and report maintenance needs to the concerned party.
· Maintain IT asset inventory 
·  Activate, de-activate and troubleshoot VPN accounts connectivity 
·  Maintain LANs, internet access and IP range assignment in Headquarter 
· Plan and purchasing IT equipment (laptops, routers, accessories) in coordination with other departments
