About the Role:

We’re looking for a motivated Junior Product Owner to join our product team and support Senior Product Owners in delivering high-quality software products. You will help translate business and customer needs into clear product requirements, maintain a well-organized product backlog, and collaborate closely with engineering and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle. This role is ideal for someone eager to grow in product management within an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Senior Product Owners in defining and maintaining the product vision, goals, and roadmap, and leading small projects
• Participate in business and stakeholder meetings to gather and clarify requirements.
• Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items.
• Assist in managing, prioritizing, and refining the product backlog to ensure transparency and readiness.
• Participate in backlog grooming sessions with the development team.
• Engage in day-to-day activities with the Product Engineering Team, including daily stand-ups.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).
• Review stories, epics, and product themes to ensure alignment with product goals.
• Track product progress and report updates to Senior Product Owners and stakeholders.
• Support the product lifecycle from ideation through delivery and iteration.
• Ensure features deliver value in relation to effort and cost.
