-Prepare client invoices in an accurate and timely manner
-Compare shipping records with sales orders and dispatch notes
-Trace customers payments from the bank statement and post in the respective accounts
 Inquire on unreconciled payments
-Research all billing discrepancies and make necessary corrections;
 Print invoices
 Reconcile or review reconciliation of bank statements, petty cash, advance and other accounts with   general ledger;
-Assist in the month-end closing and distribution of monthly financial reports;
-Communicate with co-workers, management, clients and others in a courteous and professional manner.
-Maintains financial historical records by filing accounting documents.
-Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
