This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and security of our IT infrastructure. You will provide technical support to employees, troubleshoot issues, maintain equipment, and implement solutions to optimize network performance.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Guarantee uptime and smooth operation of the network infrastructure.
- Offer comprehensive technical support for deploying, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting computer systems, hardware, and software.
- Perform routine maintenance on computers and other IT equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Optimize network performance by resolving issues, scheduling upgrades, implementing new technologies, and strengthening the overall network infrastructure.
- Maintain the security and privacy of networks and computer systems.
- Source IT equipment price quotes when necessary.
- Keep detailed records of repairs, fixes, and maintenance schedules.
- Manage and administer firewall environments according to security policies.
- Report on operational status by collecting and prioritizing information.
- Upgrade data network equipment to the latest stable firmware versions.
- Install and configure various IT equipment like printers, scanners, routers, proxy servers, switches, WAN accelerators, DNS, and DHCP.
- Provide round-the-clock on-call support to employees.
- Conduct audits of IP addresses and hosted devices in the data center.
