Job Overview

We are looking for a reliable Part-Time IT Support Specialist to manage and support the company’s internal IT infrastructure and day-to-day technical needs. The role includes maintaining internal networks, company devices, CCTV systems, phone numbers, laptops, mobile devices, and other IT-related assets.

The ideal candidate should be hands-on, responsive, and able to troubleshoot technical issues quickly and professionally.

 Responsibilities

* Maintain and troubleshoot the company’s internal network, routers, switches, Wi-Fi, and related equipment.
* Ensure stable connectivity across the office and resolve any internal network issues.
* Manage and support company laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, and other office devices.
* Set up, configure, and maintain company mobile phones and SIM cards.
* Manage company phone numbers and coordinate with telecom providers when needed.
* Support and maintain CCTV camera systems, including basic troubleshooting and coordination with vendors.
* Install and configure software, operating systems, antivirus, and required business applications.
* Handle IT onboarding and offboarding for employees, including device setup and access management.
* Monitor and maintain IT assets and keep an updated inventory of company devices.
* Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
* Coordinate with external vendors for internet, CCTV, hardware repairs, telecom, or other IT services.
* Ensure basic IT security practices are followed, including passwords, device protection, and access control.
