Key Responsibilities
1) Network and Hardware Management
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot routers, switches, servers, and other network-related equipment.
- Monitor network performance and ensure optimal uptime for all systems.
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues across different locations.
2) End-User Support
- Provide technical assistance to end-users, including resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Educate and guide users on best practices for using IT systems and tools.
3) Troubleshooting Across Locations
- Identify and resolve technical issues in various physical and virtual network/server environments.
- Coordinate with remote teams to address location-specific challenges.
4) Communication
- Respond to basic emails and communicate effectively in English with internal and external stakeholders.
- Document troubleshooting steps, solutions, and maintain accurate records of support activities.
