Manage and maintain the local office network (LAN, Wi-Fi, switches, access points).

Configure and monitor MikroTik routers and pfSense firewall for secure and stable connectivity.

Install, update, and troubleshoot Windows systems, printers, and other office hardware.

Provide daily on-site technical support to staff (hardware, software, network).

Support the operation of internal systems such as Odoo ERP, Google Workspace, and 3CX.

Maintain IT documentation, including asset inventory and configuration logs.

Ensure system security through regular updates, antivirus checks, and password policy enforcement.

Coordinate with the Dubai IT team for shared systems and VPN access.
