We are looking for a Systems & Automation Specialist to oversee and manage our business platforms, integrations, and automations. The successful candidate will work closely with management to strategize, implement, and optimize workflows across Zoho Suite, Webflow, Teachable, Respond.io, Brevo, and other integrated systems. This role requires both technical expertise and strategic thinking, ensuring seamless processes, accurate reporting, and continuous improvement of system efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Planning & Strategy

1. Collaborate with management to plan and implement new features and processes.

2. Develop strategies for tracking and reporting data within Zoho CRM from various channels (website, campaigns, etc.).

 

Additional Tasks

Act as webinar administrator (Zoom setup, page creation, and marketing).

Data & Reporting Support

Provide support in exporting, formatting, and validating data for reporting.

Custom Coding & Scripts

Develop scripts and code as needed to support custom processes.

Integration Platforms (Make.com, Zapier, Zoho Flow)

Build, test, and maintain automation workflows, scenarios, zaps, and flows.

Brevo (Email & Contact Management)

Manage and update contact fields.

Create automations for transactional and marketing emails.

Respond.io

Upload and manage message templates.

Monitor and maintain integrations and automations.

Launch and manage broadcast campaigns.

Teachable

Oversee and manage Teachable platform operations.

Custom Attendance Pages (External Hosting)

Build and manage attendance confirmation pages hosted outside Webflow.

Connect pages to Zoho for automated attendance tracking.

Webflow (Website Management)

Create and update website pages (landing pages, course-related pages, forms).

Edit and enhance existing designs per content or management requirements.

Manage course collection items and external integrations.

Optimize website performance and user experience.

Zoho Suite (CRM, Desk, Socials, Projects)

Manage and maintain Zoho CRM, Desk, and Social platforms.

Edit layouts, update fields, and install workflows/automations.

Configure Zoho Projects structures and automate project-to-CRM data synchronization.

Account Management

Create, close, and manage employee accounts across platforms.

Maintain and adjust user permission levels as needed.
