To design, implement, manage, and optimize the company’s IP Telephony and Unified Communications infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and seamless integration across SIP trunks, GSM gateways, analog/FXO/FXS interfaces, and ISDN lines

The role supports both internal operations and client projects, acting as the technical authority for all voice‑related solutions

Key Responsibilities:

IP Telephony & VoIP Systems

• Deep expertise in IP PBX platforms (Grandstream, Asterisk‑based, 3CX, Yeastar, Cisco, Avaya, etc.)
• Configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting of VoIP endpoints, softphones, and call routing.
• SIP protocol mastery (SIP signaling, SDP, RTP, NAT traversal, codecs, QoS)

• Unified Communication Solutions: Integration of voice, video, messaging, conferencing, and collaboration tools

• SIP trunk, GSM-SIP gateways & Analogue-SIP gateways, Analog lines (FXO/FXS), ISDN BRI/PRI lines.

Network & Infrastructure Alignment

• Understanding of VLANs, QoS, firewall rules, NAT, SBCs
• Ensuring voice quality and reliability across LAN/WAN

Project Implementation & Client Support

• Leading deployment of IP telephony solutions for clients
• Preparing technical documentation, diagrams, and implementation plans
• Providing L3 support for escalated issues
