We are currently seeking a talented Interior Designer to join our team and contribute to high-end residential, commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use projects across the GCC region.
This role is ideal for a highly creative and detail-oriented designer with strong space planning, material selection, visualization, and presentation skills, as well as a solid understanding of GCC market expectations, regulations, and design standards.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, or a related field.
- Above-average interior design and visualization skills.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality interior design projects.
- Experience working on residential, commercial, hospitality, retail, workplace, or mixed-use projects.
- Familiarity with interior design standards, municipality requirements, and construction practices across GCC countries.
- Strong understanding of space planning, material selection, FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment), lighting design, and design detailing.
- Proficiency in design and visualization software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray, Photoshop, InDesign, or similar tools.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Arabic.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently while coordinating with remote teams.
- Candidates may be based in Lebanon, Syria, or other locations, provided they can effectively support GCC-based projects remotely.
Responsibilities
- Develop interior design concepts, mood boards, material palettes, and presentation packages.
- Prepare space planning layouts, detailed drawings, and design documentation.
- Select finishes, materials, furniture, lighting, accessories, and decorative elements.
- Produce high-quality visualizations and client presentations.
- Ensure designs align with project requirements, budgets, and applicable standards.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, suppliers, clients, and project stakeholders.
- Participate in project planning, design reviews, and technical discussions.
- Manage project deliverables within agreed timelines and quality standards.
